Unsere Hausordnung
Der Mieter hat das Mietobjekt pfleglich zu behandeln und dafür Sorge zu tragen, dass auch seine Mitreisenden, die Mietbedingungen einhalten.
Der übermäßige Genuss alkoholischer Getränke ist in der Wohnung und auf dem Grundstück, Hof , Terrasse, Balkon nicht erlaubt. Bei Verstoß behalten wir uns vor, von unserem Vermieterrecht Gebrauch zu machen und sofortiges Hausverbot zu erteilen.
Das benutzen von eigenen mitgebrachten elektrischen Geräten ist verboten, zuwiederhandlung führt zum sofortigem Hausverbot.
Es ist nicht gestattet Möbel in der Wohnung umzustellen. Bei Verstößen gegen unsachgemäßen Gebrauch der Gegenstände in der Wohnung erteilen wir Hausverbot.
Im Übernachtungspreis ist die Endreingung im normaler Umfang enthalten, sollte die Wohnung stark verschmutzt hinterlassen werden wird die Reingung nachträglich in Rechnung gestellt.
Küche: Bitte beachten Sie, dass benutzte Geschirr nur im sauberen Zustand wieder in die Schränke einzuräumen, gleiches gilt auch für Besteck, Töpfe und Geräte, die Sie benutzt haben ansonsten berechnen wir die Reinigung nachträglich.
Das Ablegen von Kleidung, Wäsche zum trocknen auf den Heizkörpern ist verboten. Hier steht ein Trockenraum im Keller zur verfügung
Im Übernachtungspreis ist die Abfallensorgung enthalten. Nicht enthalten ist die Entsorgung von Leergut, Pfandpflaschen, Glaskonserven, Zeitschriften, Bücher und Verpackungen sollten sie die Gegenstände beim verlassen in der Wohnung zurück lassen werden wir die Ensorgung in Rechnung stellen.
Schlüssel: Die Schlüssel zu Ihrem Zimmer/Wohnung passen auch zur Haustür. Bitte geben Sie Ihre Schlüssel nicht aus der Hand. Bei Verlust der Schlüssel haftet der Mieter bis zur Höhe der Wiederbeschaffungskosten.
Küche und Bad: Bitte keine Hygieneprodukte und auch keine Essensreste, speziell Speiseöle in der Toilette oder Spüle entsorgen.
Bei Verstopfungen werden die Kosten in Rechnung gestellt.
Ruhezeiten: Im Sinne einer guten Nachbarschaft bitten wir Sie, dass von 22:00 Uhr bis 6:00 Uhr die Nachtruhe eingehalten wird.
Müll: Da wir zur Mülltrennung verpflichtet sind, bitten wir Sie uns dabei zu helfen. Fragen zur Entsorgung beantworten wir Ihnen gerne bei Ihrer Ankunft.
Beschädigung: Niemand beschädigt absichtlich Sachen, es kann jedoch jedem passieren, dass einmal etwas kaputt geht. Ein Glas oder Teller ist nicht schlimm. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn Sie den entstandenen Schaden mitteilen und wir diesen, nicht erst nach Ihrer Abreise bei der Endreinigung feststellen.
Der Mieter haftet für Beschädigungen, in Höhe der Wiederbeschaffungskosten.
Sorgfaltspflicht: Fenster und Türen sind beim Verlassen der Wohnung zu schließen, um Schäden die durch Unwetter entstehen können zu vermeiden.
Der Vermieter haftet nicht für Wertgegenstände des Mieters. Im Mietpreis sind neben den Übernachtungskosten Bettwäsche, Geschirrtücher, (einmal pro Woche), Spül- und Putzmittel, Müllbeutel enthalten.

House rules
The tenant has to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that his fellow travelers comply with the rental conditions.
Excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages is not allowed in the apartment and on the property, courtyard, terrace, balcony. In case of violation, we reserve the right to make use of our landlord right and to grant immediate ban on the house.
The use of own brought electrical appliances is prohibited, re-action leads to an immediate ban on the house.
It is not allowed to move furniture in the apartment. In case of violations of the improper use of the items in the apartment, we give a ban on the house.
In the price of the final cleaning is included in the normal scope, should the apartment be left very dirty, the cleaning will be charged later.
Kitchen: Please note that used utensils should only be returned to the cupboards when clean, the same applies to cutlery, pots and utensils that you have used, otherwise we will charge for the cleaning afterwards.
The removal of clothes, clothes to dry on the radiators is prohibited. Here is a drying room in the basement available
The room rate includes the waste disposal. Not included is the disposal of empties, pledges, glass jars, magazines, books and packaging should they leave the items when leaving the apartment we will charge the supply.
Key: The keys to your room / apartment also fit the front door. Please do not give your keys out of hand. If the keys are lost, the renter is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs.
Kitchen and bathroom: Please do not dispose of any hygiene products or food leftovers, especially edible oils in the toilet or sink.
In case of blockages the costs will be charged.
Rest periods: In the spirit of a good neighborhood, we ask that from 22:00 o’clock to 6:00 o’clock the night rest is respected.
Garbage: Since we are committed to waste separation, we ask you to help us. We will be happy to answer your questions about disposal on your arrival.
Damage: No one deliberately damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. A glass or plate is not bad. We would be glad, if you inform us of the damage and we will determine this, not only after your departure at the final cleaning.
The renter is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement cost.
Duty of care: Windows and doors should be closed when leaving the apartment to prevent damage due to bad weather.
The landlord is not liable for valuables of the tenant. The rental price includes bed linen, tea towels, (once a week), dishwashing and cleaning products, trash bags in addition to the accommodation costs.
